Welcome to the new Organic Environments Straw Bale Construction Portal.

The OE Straw Bale Portal was launched on March 5, 2008 as the corporate portal for Organic Environments. Most of the portal is open to the public to make the most current, most accurate, and most practical information about straw bale construction available anywhere available to everyone.  We will also continue to make a variety of straw bale construction related drawings and full building plans available for free or at very low cost.  While based in eastern Ontario the materials and techniques we use can be transferred to anywhere in the world.

Basic memberships in the OE Straw Bale Construction Portal are absolutely free and open to everyone.
